“Gunfire Erupts on University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

The authorities arrested Tailei Qi, a doctoral student majoring in applied physical sciences, who now faces a first-degree murder charge and has been incarcerated in the Orange County Sheriff’s Office jail.
