Manoj Bajpayee is back as everyone’s favourite middle-class spy, Srikant Tiwari, and this time he is not chasing the bad guys – the bad guys (and his own team!) are chasing him. After four long years, Season 3 finally dropped on Amazon Prime Video on 21 November 2025, and the entire country hit play at the same time. The big question on everyone’s mind: is it still the same thrilling, funny, emotional ride we fell in love with?

🧭 Plot & Storyline:
The government launches “Project Sahakar” to bring peace and development to the North-East. Suddenly six blasts rock the region. Srikant and NIA chief Kulkarni meet a respected local leader to push the project forward, but a deadly ambush kills both men. Only Srikant survives – and now everyone thinks he is the traitor. A ruthless mercenary Rukma (Jaideep Ahlawat) and the elegant mastermind Meera (Nimrat Kaur) want the peace process dead. China, corporate cartels, and rebel groups are all part of the game. Srikant has to run, hide, fight, clear his name, and keep his family safe – all while his marriage is falling apart and his kids are caught in the danger.
🌟 Performances:
Manoj Bajpayee owns the screen. His tired eyes, small smiles, and silent pain make Srikant feel like a real person. Jaideep Ahlawat is scary yet emotional as Rukma – you hate him but somehow understand him. Nimrat Kaur brings classy villain vibes. Sharib Hashmi’s JK is still the funny, loyal friend who steals every scene he is in. Priyamani, Ashlesha Thakur, and Vedant Sinha make the family moments heart-warming and real. Shreya Dhanwanthary, Gul Panag, and the entire supporting cast deliver solid work. Even short appearances (like Rag Mayur) bring laughs.
📝 Conclusion:
Season 3 is packed with tension, sharp action, witty dialogues, and strong acting. The fights feel raw, the music pumps you up, and the family scenes hit home. However, many fans feel it is slower than Seasons 1 and 2. The North-East conflict feels a bit familiar after Paatal Lok 2, some episodes drag, and the cliffhanger ending left people angry and hungry for Season 4. Still, Manoj Bajpayee and Jaideep Ahlawat carry the show on their shoulders. It is not the freshest season, but it is definitely watchable and keeps you hooked till the last second. A solid weekend binge – just keep patience for the slow parts and get ready to wait another two years for answers!
